Shipping policy
Home Turf offers Free Standard shipping on all orders in the United States.
Sorry, we do not offer International shipping at this time.
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Since your items are being printed on demand and are being especially made for you, it will take a few days to create your items. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout.
Please also note:
- There could be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of Home Turf’s control.
- Items from an order may not all arrive at the same time, as there could be multiple shipments to fulfill an order.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Returned Merchandise / Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Home Turf is not responsible for orders placed with the incorrect shipping address. Please double check your shipping address before placing your order.
